SC Networks

SC Networks was founded by Noha Tohamy, a supply chain strategist with 30 years of experience working with CSCOs across industries on strategy, technology adoption, and talent development.

After 18 years at Gartner, most recently as a VP Distinguished Analyst, Noha saw a pattern. The strategies that served supply chain leaders well: demand-driven, outside-in, outcome-based. They were built for a different pace of change. AI is moving faster than any of them were designed to absorb. The gap between what AI can do and what supply chains can act on is widening, and the familiar frameworks are not closing it.

The diagnosis is not controversial. Most supply chain leaders agree that current operating models are failing to capture AI's potential. What has been missing is a precise answer to why, and a structured path forward.

SC Networks exists to provide both. The Decision-First Operating Model is the framework Noha developed to address the root cause: organizations are building AI capability without first defining the decisions that capability needs to serve.
